プライバシーに関する方針

当ウェブサイトやアプリケーションにアクセスしたり、当方のサービスをお申し込みになる際には、個人情報や「個人情報」という形でお客様に関する他の情報を収集することがあります。
当方が収集するのは必要かつ適切で、それを提供する目的に適った情報のみです。

当方が収集する情報には以下のものが含まれます。

1. Name (including title);
2. Address and/or location
3. Phone number;
4. Date of birth;
5. Email address;
6. The date and time you used our services;
7. The pages you visited on our website and how long you visited us for;
8. Your IP address;
9. The internet browser and devices you are using;
10. Cookie, Pixels or Beacon information
11. The website address from which you accessed our website;
12. Details of any transaction between you and us;
13. Where you engage with us in a business context, we may collect your job title, company details (including email addresses and telephone numbers);
14. Any information within correspondence you send to us.

当方のサービスの多くは登録の必要が一切なく、身元を明らかにしなくてもサイトを訪問することができます。ただし、一部のサービスでは個人情報を提供する必要があります。

こうした場合、当方が収集した情報はその収集の目的のためだけに使用されます。お客様は、当方からマーケティング目的の通知を受け取らないよう常に選択することができます（同意や拒否は随時取り消すことが可能です）。当方からお客様に一方的に「迷惑メール」やお知らせが届いたり、お客様の個人情報がそうした迷惑メールやお知らせを送りそうな人物の手に渡ることは一切ありません。

当方は、お客様の個人情報をさまざまな方法で利用あるいは処理します。これらの方法を以下に列記します。

• 契約の履行

お客様との契約を履行し、お客様からの注文、購入、その他の取引を処理して完了するために必要な場合、当方はお客様の個人情報を使用して処理することがあります。

• 正当な利益

当方のビジネスにとって正当な利益となる行為の遂行に必要な限りにおいて、当方は以下に定めた方法でお客様の個人情報を使用、処理することがあります。

販売およびその他の問い合わせでお客様をサポートする場合：

a) To respond to correspondence you send to us and fulfil the request you make to us (for example: service requests, seminars, marketing materials and software requests, brochure requests or information about specific products);

b) To analyse, evaluate and improve our products and services so that your visit and use of our website, applications, customer service are more useful and enjoyable (we will generally use data amalgamated from many people so that it doesn’t identify you personally);

We will only send marketing communications to you if you have provided your consent for us to do so or which we have obtained in the ways mentioned in the paragraphs above;

d) For product development purposes (for example to improve product quality, performance and safety);

e) In some cases we may use automated methods to analyse, combine and evaluate information that you have provided to us (including the sharing of your personal information within our group companies). We collect and analyse this information in this way so that we can deliver the most appropriate customer experience to you by tailoring and making relevant all our service and communications;

f) To send you marketing information from time to time after you have purchased a product or service from us or made a purchasing enquiry, or requested a brochure or other information of interest. We will only contact you with information about our own products and services (and in ways the law allows), which we hope you will like. You have the right to object to us sending you this information at any time;

g) To contact you from time to time with marketing information (unless you object) if you have expressly indicated to us that you are acting on behalf of a business or where we have obtained your business contact details from our authorised reseller network or an online or public business directory. In relation to any such information we send by email,, we will include an option allowing you to object to receiving future messages by unsubscribing.

h) To identify and record when you have received, opened or engaged with our website or electronic communications;

i) To administer competitions and promotions that you entered with us from tie to time and to distribute prizes;

j) To verify the accuracy or information that we hold about you and create a better understanding of you as a customer;

k) For network and information security purposes i.e. in order for us to take steps to protect your information against loss, damage, theft or unauthorised access;

l) To comply with a request from you in connection with the exercise of your rights (for example where you have asked us not to contact you for marketing purposes, we will keep a record of this on our suppression lists in order to be able to comply with your request);

m) To inform you of updates to our terms and conditions and policies.

• 法的義務

当方はあらゆる合理的な対策を講じて、お客様の個人情報を紛失、誤用、不正アクセス、開示、改ざん、破棄から守ります。ただし、インターネットやサイトを通じたデータの転送の安全性について、100%の保証はいたしかねます。その結果、パスワードが当方から提供された（またはお客様が選択した）場合、それを使用して当ウェブサイトの一部にアクセスが可能となりますが、このパスワードが漏えいしないよう守る責任はお客様にあります。パスワードは誰にも教えないようお願いいたします。

当方がオンラインで収集する個人情報のセキュリティと機密性を守るため、当方はとりわけ業界標準のファイアウォール、ブラウザ認証技術、限定アクセス、パスワードによって保護されたデータネットワークを使用します。

お客様の個人情報を、必要な期間を過ぎて個人が特定できる形式で保管することはありません。お客様、あるいはそれに限らず当方と取引がある場合、当方はお客様の個人情報を保管します。保管期間は、見込みに基づいた関係を通じて当方が詳細を入手した場合に比べて長くなります。

当方は、お客様の個人情報を処理に必要な期間だけ保管します。処理は収集したときの目的、その他あらゆる認められた関連目的で行われます（たとえば、特定のトランザクションの詳細ややりとりを、トランザクションのクレーム期限が経過するまで、もしくはかかるデータの保持に関する規制要件に従うために保持することがあります）。

お客様の個人情報へのアクセスは、適切な目的で使用する必要が認められる人物のみに限られます。当方の保持期間はビジネス上の必要性に基づき、必要がなくなったお客様の情報は不可逆的に匿名化（匿名化された情報は保持可能です）されるか、安全な方法で破棄されます。

保持期間の例外は以下の通りです。

• The law requires us to hold your personal information for a longer period, or delete it sooner;
• Where you have raised a complaint or concern regarding a product or service offered by us;
• You exercise your right to have the information erased (where it applies) and we do not need to hold it in connection with any of the reasons permitted or required under the law (see further How can you manage the personal information we hold about you).

お客様には、個人として当方が保有するご自身の個人情報にアクセスし、必要に応じて修正する権利があります。また、当方に対するいかなる同意をも撤回し、当方がお客様について保持する情報を消去するよう求める権利があります。さらに、当方がお客様の個人情報を使用することに異議を申し立てることも可能です（お客様の個人情報を処理・利用するビジネス上の利益を当方が必要とする場合）。

データ保護法のもとで、個人情報に関してお客様にはいくつかの権利が認められています。その多くの権利に関して、当方はお客様の身元を確認し、（該当する場合は）お客様の情報が検索しやすくなるように情報を求めます。ごくまれなケースを除き、当方はお客様からリクエストを受け取ってから30日以内に返答します（要求された身分証明書類を含む）。

If you have any questions in relation to our use of your personal information, you should first contact us as per section 10 below. Under certain conditions, e.g. if you are located within the EEA, you may have the right to:

1. Be informed about what we do with your personal information;
2.  Ask for a copy of the information that we hold about you;
3. Correct and update your information;
4. Delete your information (or restrict the use of it), provided we do not have any continuing lawful reason to continue to use and process that information;
5. Transfer your information in a structured data file (in a commonly used and machine-readable format), where we rely on your consent to use and process your personal information or need to process it in connection with your contract;
6. Withdraw your consent (where we rely on it);
7. Object to our use of your information (where we rely on our legitimate interests to use your personal information) provided we do not have any continuing lawful reason to continue to use and process the information. When we do rely on our legitimate interests to use your personal information for direct marketing, we will always comply with your right to object;:If you are unhappy with our use of your personal information or our response to any exercise of these rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection regulator in Europe, in particular, in a country you work or live or where your legal rights have been infringed.

   当方に連絡される場合は、情報を提供したウェブサイト名、修正や更新、削除を依頼する具体的な情報、ならびにお客様の身元確認情報を明記してください。個人情報の削除リクエストは、適用法や倫理に基づいた報告または文書のファイリング、保管に関して当方に課せられた義務を満たすことが条件となります。

プライバシーに関する方針は定期的に見直されます。プライバシーに関する方針を変更する場合、このページに変更点を記載し、本ウェブサイトの他のページに通知を掲載します。こうすることで、当方が収集する情報のタイプ、情報の利用方法、情報を開示する状況について周知徹底を図ります。

当ウェブサイトには、訪問者が関心があると思われる第三者のウェブサイトへのリンクが含まれます。ただし、リンク先のウェブサイトに関してプライバシーの水準は保証できず、本ウェブサイト以外のサイトのコンテンツに対して責任は負いかねます。さらに、このプライバシーに関する方針は本ウェブサイトのみに適用され、第三者が所有するウェブサイトは対象外です。
